FF1-30 CM T Flex SFIOL in Complicated Cataract and Aphakia

This video presents CM T flex IOL in various complicated cataract and aphakia conditions. It shows various complications related to scleral flap, haptic optic breakage. IOL tilt, late IOL dislocation. This shows how to manage above complications in case-by-case manner. How ever it is the simplest way to manage aphakia with hydrophilic foldable IOL without causing any pseudophacodonesis and post operative refractive surprise with minimal complications and shorter learning curve and reduced surgical time. It can be use from same 2.8 mm corneal incision. It is sutureless procedure with near in the bag position of IOL and less ocular tissue damage.
